Privacy notice

PODivo processes the personal data below to provide the service (account, catalogue browsing, ordering within a HUB). We use the data solely for this purpose and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Data controller

The data controller is Tolnai Gergely, sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó), registered address: Címer utca 40/A, 1188 Budapest, Hungary; email: tolnai.gergely@gmail.com. Write to this address to exercise your data protection rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Hungary, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).

Data processed

email address; display name; country; HUB memberships and role; placed orders and their customisations; language preference; your device push token (to deliver notifications); daily order reminder settings (on/off, time, days).

Your rights

You can edit your profile on the Profile settings page, and permanently delete your account there at any time (order history is anonymised in that case).

Guest orders at events

If you order as a guest at a HUB’s event, without an account, we only process the name you enter and your order. A random identifier is stored on your device so you can see the status of your own orders, and a technical cookie is used to load the page. Your name is deleted when the event closes (at the latest 24 hours after it starts); the orders remain in the HUB’s statistics anonymously.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you subscribe or buy an event ticket in the app, we record what you bought (the plan or product), in which store, when it expires and whether it renews, linked to your account, so that the features of your plan work. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play: we never receive your card or billing details. Purchases are recorded by our subscription service provider, RevenueCat, which receives your account identifier and the purchase details for this purpose.

AI brewing guides

When a brewing guide is created for an order, the details of the order — the coffee, the cup size, the chosen options, the machine model set for the HUB and the note written on the order — are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which generates the guide. Your name, email address and account identifier are not sent. Please don’t put personal information in an order note.

Feedback

If you send feedback from the app, your message, the contact you optionally give and any images you attach (for example a screenshot) are sent to us by email, solely to process your feedback. Images are attached to that email only: they are not published or stored in the app, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. If attaching an image fails, we also receive technical details of the error (the file type and size, and your device and browser version) so that we can fix it.
